Ideal for those hesitant about Personal Training. A 4 week course consisting of a FREE consultation and 4 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions. This is an introductory approach to Personal Training and will give you the encouragement and motivation to change your lifestyle. |
Individual Single Sessions
Try a 1 hour, single Personal Training session to see how you get on with One-on-One Personal Training. These can be purchased as gifts or presents, Session contents will include a warm-up, appropriate cardiovascular and strength exercises and a cool down with stretching. |
Progress Package 8 sessions over 8 weeks
An increased likelihood of a positive fitness outcome when compared to the start package. Includes the FREE consultation session and 8 x 1hour Personal Training Sessions. Allows progression in the training programme to influence the final result. |

Success Package 12 sessions over 12 weeks
An ideal time-span for that positive result. Still includes the initial FREE consultation and 12 x 1hour Personal Training sessions. Allows for continued progression and provides adequate time for the body to adapt. |
