and you have a PT with an extensive knowledge of fitness principles which can be applied
in a fun, varied and progressive manner.
Weight loss should be seen as an adaptation to any normal lifestyle and I have the
capability to ensure safe and lasting weight reduction. This is achieved through
individualised dietary and nutrition advice accompanied with an appropriate cardiovascular fitness programme.
I believe in the importance of strength and conditioning as a means to improve posture
and to prevent injury. Core strength is the most important training aspect for all activities.
I have studied the biomechanics of running and understand the importance of sound
technique. If you enjoy running I can increase that enjoyment. If you suffer from running
related injuries then analysis of your technique is highly important. Most common
frequent injuries are related to incorrect technique and therefore can be minimised
with appropriate analysis.
